Hi Squizz! Yes, I am thanks, tho I'm staying on the ibuprofen - its not dreadful, I can just feel its not healed.

Got another "first" today, after being ill - I spent 15 minutes outside, sawing up big branches of cotoneaster, some of which are pulling at the fence, some of which were actually blocking the fence, and put them in the skip. Also snaffled some berries and put them into a pot, to take little baby plants with me - I have no idea what kind of garden I'm going to be facing, of course. And I want to do the same with other plants I have, specially the holly.

Otherwise, I've been fiddling about on the computer, and this afternoon I'll have to do some work like CPD or Accounts. For now, lunch break is calling.

Morning all..... everyone's having a tough time at the mo - Benben, Hypno, Shaun, Surfbabe, [edit: Squirrel too!]in particular. I've got my rib pain back, and snuffling - I'm thinking the ibuprofen helped the snuffles as an anti-inflammatory too, so I've had my morning dose, and I'll keep up with it for a while.

I *did* manage to do a little bit more outside yesterday, but shan't be doing any today. The most I want to do today is the washing up, but yesterday evening I also sold one of the books I just relisted on Amazon, so I'll have to pop to the post today. Not a bad profit, either.

I've almost finished the CPD work, which is actually very little, so I'll send that off today along with the Amazon book.

Morning Taxi and all - I'm dreading it developing back into something, tbh - I'm definitely snufflier.... but everything seems to develop so slowly - I get ill slowly as well as getting well slowly. I'm obviously doing something wrong, or lots wrong - but the things that I *know* I'm doing wrong, I need energy to put them right, like going out more, getting more exercise, that kind of thing. On a smaller level, its the kind of thing that ME sufferers have to face. Their's is much more serious, of course, I'm not saying I'm in that much trouble, but there's definitely a lot of issues here.

Please go to the DRs and nip it in the bud..you may need some antibiotics if a chest infection is starting again.Better safe than sorry.

Its definitely viral. And its definitely an allergy to work .... :)

I got the CPD info off to my professional organisation yesterday, so that was good. I even did almost all of the washing up, that was good too :) My American cousin has suggested a 2 -3 minute walk, which is a good idea, tho I'll wait till its stopped raining, and I have to wash my hair too.

I have 3 sessions today, and then I'm off till Tuesday, thank all the gods.
