very true, I love the older generation, prob my favourite of all age groups even!
fact is tho, they assume as they have endless hours to make their daily trip to the shops, everyone else can wait on them being sure the tiny dot 10 miles in the distance isn't going to fast for them to pull out :rotfl:"Well, we are a Christian country, it is an important part of our make-up and I don't see any reason to change." My pet hate today is young pillocks in peugeot 206's who have no regard for other road users and have only one speed - fast, or attempted fast I should say. Usual loud music blasting so that they are unable to hear emergency vehicles approaching, can't see them either as they are out of their heads on cannabis or something..... and there is always four of them, the two squashed in the back are trying to look cool, but can't quite make it.
Did you base this entire comment on the current drug driving advert? Y'know... the four 'youths' squashed into a car, blasting music and trying to look cool, with huuuuge eyes from all the cannabis smoking? :rolleyes:0 -

Not seen the advert - don't watch alot of TV. I'm just going by the idiots I see on the roads, usually of an evening when commuting on the way home - guess they are still in bed in the morning when I go out... but it sounds like whoever made the advert did some good research! :rotfl:
I chose the Peugoet but it could be any car of that size with over large speakers, Clio's seem to be more favoured by the girls these days.... , Starlets with guys that are given far too much pocket money to waste. Fiesta's don't seem to be very cool at the moment.Genie

And if you click on 'the making of the advert' you'll see it's a Peugeot. Very spooky if you've never seen it!0 -

I think the ad couldn't been a bit more hard hitting, I'm a little disappointed, I've been unfortunate to see young ones out of it on so called harmless cannabis - and it wasn't anywhere near as 'pretty' as that advert. You need to come head on with someone that is psychotic and completely screwed up and you then can see what so called cannabis does these days.Genie
