House clothes?

I have 3 kinds of clothes. I have my slobby clothes which I would never leave the house in and would only let my OH see me in. Then I have my clothes which I don't feel great in but I will wear to pop to the shops or walk the dogs. Then I have my 'nice' clothes which I wear when we go out anywhere else:D
I have to be comfy when I am round the house, and I am always cleaning so I would hate to ruin my decent clothes.
I tend to wear my 'nice' clothes as little as possible though, cause when I like something a lot I worry about it being wrecked or over worn, so it ends up being barely worn at all, which defeats the object still! I might as well just wear it and enjoy it.......but I dont.:D:rotfl:0 -
I love my pj's but they are only for lounging in during the eve. They come off at bedtime as I also hate wearing clothes in bed.

I'm the same as you cheerfulness. Can't bear wearing things in bed, but I love to put on pj's after work.0

Great thread! I wear a uniform for work, once I get home and tidied round, gone for a walk, had tea & showered I like vest tops, pjs (cotton in summer, flannel in winter) bare feet or fleece soxs depending on weather. Once Ive had a shower & put these on, it feels like the end of the working day and "my time".
Days off & weekends I have a few pairs of combat type trousers, really comfy & casual. (Can't stand to look scruffy, but don't mind looking relaxed and dressed down!) Usually wear with vest or t shirt & cardy. I only get "dressed up" if I'm going out. I do have a shower, wash hair, bit of perfume and moisturiser even if I'm slobbing out. I always feel more relaxed and enjoy lounging around even more when I'm clean!

I love that some people put PJs on for lounging and take them off before bed!

Long line white cotton t-shirt

Great thread!
My work clothes are smart casual for example today I wore jeans, a v-neck jumper and my fabulous Ariat cowboy boots! I usually do some form of exercise after work - either ride the pone, run or yoga so change from my work clothes into whatever outfit is required!
I don't do pjs - I sleep naked all year round. Can't bear the way clothes get rucked around in my sleep.0
