ooooh p.s sorry the main reason for pushing the lentil recipe:

Hipp organic baby dinner with lentils: 59p:eek:

Weezl's puree, 1.98p per serving :money::money::money: It's thirty times cheaper!

SM you could make some with all purpose in for Jayden :rotfl:
is that cheaper than my last MSE baby cook up?
i found a bag of to-be-mashed swede, potato and sweet potato cubes in tesco reduced to 10p :money: which i cooked up with a dollop of butter and a couple of handfuls of lentils, made 15 portions and he loves it!
i definitely like the look of your one, seth will be indulging in the near future! does it not taste quite curry-y though? never fed him anything curry=y before _pale_ too scared of the after effects!!

Rrr. Blackberry no good for forums really, wil rant properly later, currently walking the streets with stroller and past-his-bedtime angry baby. The recent past holds nasty arguments and copious vomit.
i know i shouldnt laugh, but when you say things like that i cant help it! you have such a way with words that you cant help but amuse me :o

I'm a bit the same way - I'm ok with sauces (although I don't like them touching anything that they're not directly supposed to touch - spaghetti sauce must not touch the garlic bread on the side of the plate) and with sandwiches, but if I have, say, steak, mashed potatoes and broccoli with Bearnaise sauce, the sauce can be on the broccoli and the meat but not the potatoes, and I will eat the broccoli first, then the steak and then the non-saucy mash.

    Keira's clearly a food snob. I approve :p

Edit: I forgot about you, Bruno - *hugs*
YES! i agree. although not quite to that extent. it is the reason i hate baked beans, cos i hate when the sauce gets on everything else, although i have got better with this of late. if baked bean sauce or ketchup touches mashed potato, its game over for that meal.
i do hate when the garlic bread touches my sauce!! its wrong!

Someone needs to move the mini Daims away from me... The pile of wrappers is getting rather large...
do we need to send Dave a PM? or is it too late now :undecided
I'm glad Keira isn't the only one who eats things like that then :p

I just find it odd because say when we go to Jimmy Chungs all you can eat buffet (think it's a Scottish thing that started in Aberdeen) I just take a bit of what ever I want, I'll quite easily put honey pork in a sauce over chicken curry, and just combine all the flavours lol, my friend Paul says I'm weird, and I just told him he was for eating dry food....
_pale_ that's gross!!!! all chinese things should be kept seperate by a boarder of rice :D

Naaaah, rice is dry, must be drenched in lots of greasy msg sauce!

Also sometimes I don't take rice because it fills you up, I just pork out on the ribs, covered in chicken curry and black pepper beef. Try it, the taste is .... odd
