I'm no boobie expert though
Yes, look very hard. I was thinking about doing nothing, as I thought if I expressed it would just make more milk come in?

Bear, if you really don't want to breastfeed then the best thing you can do is relieve the pressure on your breasts without stimulation milk production too much... Run yourself a bath and pop a hot flannel on them, maybe express a small amount by hand but not too much... Take paracetamol and ibuprofen to help with discomfort... SS - Pendulous?!!!! I was told I looked volumptuos - at which point I said 'That's not really a compliment' and he said 'Well, it's better than plump'
The best thing was he was talking about my boobs! :rotfl:
Jack keeps rolling his eyes back and freaking me out - I think he has wind (and i've got nowt for it!) - is the eye rolling normal?
Pendulous! They were full as well, I'd not fed her in over an hour and had a hot shower in the meantime.
This on top of earlier on, I asked him to move the bag of liquorice out of my reach cause I kept eating it, and he commented, So you're thinking this is it and you'll be overweight forever?
I'm already back in the healthy BMI range. I still have ten pounds to lose but my belly's no bigger than his
Molly rolls her eyes back too. I think it just means she'd rather be sleeping.Organised Birthdays and Christmas: Spend So Far: £193.75; Saved from RRP £963.76
Three gifts left to buy0 -
after OH declared i would have to go to asda tomorrow cos we had nothing in, i emptied the freezer and examined the contents...
2 pork chops
1 stuffed chicken joint
1 turkey joint
1 pack of bacon
3 chicken breasts
11 sausages
1 pack of mince
6 bags of chips with half a portion in
3 bags of veg
his reasoning for saying we had nothing in was "there was nothing quick like pizzas or whatever if we're in a hurry"

Glam, is he tired? They do that sometimes when falling asleep and if he has wind he will be sleepy but also be too uncomfortable to sleep.
thanks girls!
He's just woken up and had a bottle and is doing the freaky eye thing - he always sleeps really. Aw, he is really uncomfy - all curled up in a ball and struggling. He's having cuddles with Dad now (and trumping away!)
Might nip out to ASDA to get him something - what is best?
Bruno - hope you get some sleep tonight.
Bear - I have switched exclusively to formula. I just stopped expressing and after a couple of days of painful boobs they have gone down and are back to normal.A very busy Yummy Mummy to a 1 year old gorgeous boy :smileyhea

Glam, lie him on his back, rub his belly in a clockwise direction and bring his legs up to his tummy and then straight again, best way to get wind up... The stuff you feed to them generally has to be given with a feed and takes a few doses to have an effect...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls...
