Aww bruno, that's tricky.
Have you thought abought taking advantage of lower prices to get a BTL property anywhere, so at least you're 'on the ladder' and as the market increases, your other property is gaining value in proportion IYSWIM?
Probably you've thought of that you're a v. savvy chap I always think
Thanks Weezl! I did take a peek at the idea a while back, but in the current environment a) BTL scares me, and b) you need a fairly good proportion as deposit to get the better interest rates, and my deposit - is not bigmaybe next time I get a pay rise I'll be able to actually lock it into savings for a change

Don't quote me on that though, but I'm so sure Keira stopped pooping whilst asleep at a few months old, so then during night feeds etc, unless she was super heavy, I never changed the nappy IYGWIM?
I assume they must do!, but he's definitely woken himself during daytime naps a few times recentlynot in the night though, so maybe it's as he comes to the end of a natural cycle or somesuch.

I read the OS board for inspiration but sometimes I don't know what half the food is and when someone writes something like chicken pasta bake.....I don't know what's in it beside chicken and pasta - me = clueless!
Okay I'll get the pork belly then! Lidl sells it, I'll just keep an eye out for one with the 30% sticker whacked on it
Pork belly is one of our staplesI quite like cooking but I did grow up with a strong 'piece of meat as the centre of the meal' cultural thing from my dad, so that still tends to be a lot of my meals; roasts and steaks and chops and so on. But we also do burritos, fajitas, thai curries, smoky chicken pasta, toad in the hole, herby salmon, a Southern spicy sausage and beans with rice dish OH cooks... meatballs and pasta, chili con carne... rich meaty spicy stews and casseroles in the colder months... we have a BBQ in the garden so occasionally burgers or skewer kebabs with barbecued veggies... that's about it? Doesn't seem like that much when set out here. Will cook quite a few different straight-up meat cuts though, pretty much any meat.
SM, change your credit card. Do it now if possible. MSE is an awesome resource to identify the best choices, read, trust it, do ityes, it's worth it.
ETA: There really are a lot of card offers out there, and if you have a slightly imperfect credit rating there will still be some which will take you I am pretty sure - unless it's really badand basically all of them will be better than your current card (slightly dependent how much of a balance you are carrying across on it).

Waiting for the Dean to get in touch, won't take much planning though. Not much more than the average christening, just a little more effort with my dress!
How's Rhys?
SM, better to have checked now! Sorry.:(Too many children, too little time!!!0
