I think they can only do that if the girl is under 13, other than that the girl herself has to press charges. Seems daft to me its either illegal or it isn't and he provided irrefutable proof!!??

blimey, first i've heard of this story an was on the edge of my seat to find out what happened!!!

have to say tho it doesnt always turn out bad. my ex was a good guy and lived with me for six months or so. for my bday he bought and fitted laminate flooring in my living room/kitchen. after a few weeks of seeing each other he fitted tiles in my hallway. when i got a kitchen in january he took me to ikea to buy it and did most of the work fitting it, i tried to help but since he was a builder he was much better than me! and he never asked for anything in return, when he left he also left the bbq and garden furniture we'd bought.

i'd also like to point out i never asked him to do these things, he offered.

anyway, point is not all guys are bad, but some will take you for all they can get!
