27 September

Seriously??Appreciate your post.
Apologies for chat but this is a competition draw, not a code, voucher or free ticket.
By writing the bit in bold you obviously knew before you clicked 'post' that is was CHAT and not a CODE! So why do it??yeah agree... this thread is getting cluttered and confusing
all you need to do is post the cinema code and the link to enter the code- simple no nonsense
YES!! with mindless not needed chat like this!!!0 -

Can we restrict posting in the codes thread to those users with 10 posts or more? Would help to eliminate the amount of useless posts by so-called new users...0 -

I dont think that's the answer. Alot of 'newbies' have been using these boards for years, but only register when it comes to posting something. - these type of people know the craic, they know its codes only
Unfortunately some 'newbies' spoil this. If we somehow had a way of only being able to submit the post with a code, and the form could check if it was a duplicate then this would solve the issue.... that would mean any vital info would need to be PM'd to the OP and added into their post
But until that day comes.....0 -

Ok today was the first time I had a code e-mailed to me that I was able to post. Was I wrong to put it on the codes only thread? I rarely recieve these emails and thought I would be doing the few people who would like to attend an RV Screening a favour.
I checked it hadn't been posted using the search function first and it wasn't located. What on earth are we newbies meant to do when we want to make a contribution. I think I may not bother in future as I feel quite distressed now!!!

Artchick dont get put down. A lot of people vent on here (including myself) and as we all know text can get taken out of context and read more agressively than originally meant. So keep up the good work!
I had posted those codes previously, but you've received an email stating more tickets had been released, so for me its a bit of a grey area. Some people would say we dont need the updates because if people want tickets they'll keep checking. But I think notifications for additional tickets is a good thing. Cmon who wants to keep checking SFF when they can wait for notifications from this forum
so from me - thanks for the post Artchick and keep on posting
edit - i used the search tool and did find the codes so i'm not sure why it didnt work for you. tho it has been known to fail now and again. keep on trucking0 -

I've seen chat posted by users with post totals in 100s.0 -

Please ignore question in previous post I now understand. As gb says updates are a grey area. However if people are receiving official emails stating more tickets released then I agree that should b posted. It's only when people post to say they just got tix from previous code and tell us all to try, that can be a nuisance. Yours was an official new release of tickets which is worth telling people imo.0 -
