  • Hi all ! :j. Well today i was going to make a lasagne to be all mse:money: and take down the caravan with me,but i went to mr T's and they had a finest lasagne reduced from £7.50 to £5 so i worked out this would be about £4 less than if a made one without the gas and my time so i bought it:rolleyes: i know they are lovely as i had a small one several weeks ago.:D
Saw one of the presents i bought reduced in mr T's so i will try my luck in argos next week and ask for a refund dont know if thet will go for it as i bought it about 5 weeks ago????? Note to self check plenty in tesco before i have a refund wouldnt that be typical!
    BTD.:T
  • No harm in trying in Argos, especially if you've got the receipt, but I've a feeling their refund policy is 28 days?

Good shopping with the Lasagne, I have been trying to go to Mr T's late on a Friday night and get the deals. Got some steak slices for 99p which was a bargain and kids loved them. Would never have looked at the discount section before, so I'm getting better :)

HI BTD- enjoy the lasagne. I bought some M&S stuff recently as a treat and looked for their reduced prices and offers and got some really good deals.

  • Hi just come back from weekend away it was so lovely! We did go to theme park (oakwood). Even though i did not have any tesco vouchers use to make it cheaper we had such value for money as it was so quiet!! We had loads of gos on rides!! We cooked the first night (lasagne) and had a takeaway the second!(well it was a holiday)
We had lunch in oakwood which i could have took a picnic but didnt as the waeather was heavy showers and everything was wet! but the food was actually quite good, so did not mind paying for it!! So i guess i could have made savings :money: but the caravan was free so for a two day family break with food for three and theme park came to
    £130 with petrol!:T.
Anyhow back on mse wagon now! Christmas nearly done only bits left to get!:T.
