Yes, possibly even save some money. Etihad have a sale on for 1 week, as does KLM which might be interesting as you can start from London City, definitely a bonus.0

just got a qoute from wexas for 1410pp
but require a 1600 deposit
anyone heard of them before or used them.
now that the malaysian flights offer has ended wexas are the cheapest0 -
if i have a non direct flight will this keep the cost the same
Malaysian are the only airline to fly direct to KL from Heathrow (plus Air Asia from Stansted) and you are usually looking at around £700 pp for a return flight. If you go indirect you have a much larger selection to choose from and can typically get a return for around £500 pp - so saving you about £400 for the two of you.
I actually prefer indirect flights to SE Asia as I really can't cope with 12-13 hour flights. Go with one of the Gulf airlines (Emirates, Etihad , Qatar) and it breaks the flight up into two 6-7 hour legs with a couple of hours in the middle to stretch your legs.0 -

If you wait there will probably be more flight offers, May is generally a cheap month for flights to the Far East, but most offers wont come up until nearer the time.0

At last Rajuv!
What did you eventually book?
As for insurance i'd try travelsupermarket comparison site. I've not booked my insurance yet but I think I remember worldwide quote for a couple at around £40, can't remember if it was annual or single trip though.0 -
