We went to malaysia wityh malaysian airlines for 399 per person.

I dont wish to be "funny" but are you muslim? I say this as displays of affection are not encouraged, we didnt realised and wondered why we were getting spat/ hissed at for holding hands. We are a white UK couple. Also to note that ( in case you didnt know) dont show any chest, cleavage, arms or legs again this will invite a lot of negative attention and can be rather scary. Sorry if you know this already but we didnt, and we were so pleased we hadnt got there for our honeymoon as it was so awkward in terms of affection/ handholding/ being unclothed on the beach in western swimwear etc.

    Utter rubbish.

Spat at and hissed at for holding hands? In Malaysia? Total tripe. Doesn't happen.

Being hissed at in Malaysia and monkey malaria are both total tripe in my opinion.

Your honeymoon seems to be causing you a pile of stress. THG & Key2 are both well known companies and reliable. I think you should hurry up and book with someone, anyone, and see a weight lifted off your shoulder. Also I know when the MH flight specials are expiring...

P.S Don't go full board at the Casa Del Mar. One of the great joys of Asia is eating out, which you can do at Pantai Cenang in many local restaurants.

Lot of rubbish about spitting and hissing holding hands. Gees oh the guys walk about here hand in hand.
The couple on the escalator in front of me in the tube were all over themselves. I have walked hand in hand with my hubby when tipsy lol. Nobody bats an eyelid. Langkwai is full of honeymooners you think they be sitting 10 feet apart.

Get it booked and dont stress out

    Bangkok, what for?

    If I :-

3 nights KL, 4 nights Penang, 7 nights Langkawi. Preferably in that order.

Is that for everything? Flights, accommodation, spending money, the lot?

I'm sure it would increase costs considerably.

I'm not sure I would want to do KL and Bangkok in the same trip. BK is a fantastically crazy place but not a place to relax and it wouldn't be my idea of somewhere to spend 4 days of a honeymoon.

I love BK for a 48 hour party then I can't wait to get the hell out of the place.

If it was me I would still do KL (3), Penang (3-4), Langwaki (6-7). Stick to Malaysia. There's plenty of time to do Thailand in the future.
