Been on 3 for around six weeks now. First Phone turned up and soon developed TCP/IP errors when i tried to connect to Mobile Internet. Cheap access to Email etc when out and about the reason i moved to 3. Phone sent back for repair. Tech guy in this Country admitted to me on phone that there is an issue with S2's. Phone sent back to me with same errors. Returned Phone 1 and was sent Phone 2 and that has same TCP/IP errors. Spent hours on phone to Mumbai, and also online to their Tech People in Mumbai. No real satisfaction at all. They are polite enough but you just get moved from department to department and never get any clear answer's let alone any admission there is a problem. Rapidly losing will to live!!!!!!!!

they will trash your credit rating and for a good reason, you signed for a set time so you have to pay for that set amount of time.
After they trash your credit rating they will pass it to a debt collection agency, if you dont pay then, then you will end up in court with a nice CCJ.

Sorry, I am totally with snakeeyes here. It is YOUR fault you are in a contract with them. It was not missold. You asked what they would do if you 'just stopped paying' and you were told, accurately.
Just because you don't like the answer does not make snakeeyes wrong. If you don't want an answer to questions, don't answer them.0 -
It was just a question,I can handle the answer just not the way it was consructed, there was no need for sarcasm, as I said in my original post I was stupid enough to start a new contract before checking my agreement with 3. You say I was not mis sold my policy with 3 but I was never told during my upgrade I was tied in for 18 months so that could be debateable plus they still owe me money but I dont have the time to speak to a million people to get it sorted it out.0

I phoned 3 again today to see where my replacement handset is (INQ Mini - screen shudder) and all they can say is that they have no stock and they don't know when they can deliver. They are thick as pig XXXX because no-one neither knows nor cares and I'm not talking about someone in India here. Yet I bet they are still selling them.
They are without doubt terrible but perhaps Trading Standards up their backside will waken them up. If I find out tomorrow they are still selling or selling stock but telling me porkies about not having any, then they are in trouble.0 -
Having been with three (3) for 4 years, I discussed a new contract over the phone with the 3 customer services, agreeing a new deal I was not sure on the 18 month contract but at 20 a month I couldnt go wrong. SO I THOUGHT.
I received the phone and went on holiday for a month travelling, I got back and checked the last couple of bills.
To my shock there was a seven pound Video pack on top, I phoned them, I explained that I was not informed of this and that I never would use it and i did not want it.
I was told they will get back to me in 48 hours, NOTHING.
I phoned back and was rudely told that it was part of the package, I explained that I was never told about the seven pound video pack, and it was agreed over the phone that it was a twenty pound a month contract? I told them check the recording as i am not stupid and understand all contracts i agree to.
I was told too bad, but if i wanted they would stop my direct debit, I thought great, I asked them if that would stop the contract, they replied no I would still be billed and still need to pay the 16 month contract off.
HOW CAN THEY DO THIS? THREE ARE LIARS, PLEASE CAN ANYONE HELP IM BEING ROBBED IN BROAD DAYLIGHT HERE.0 -

The phone was faulty, but 3 wouldn't replace it until it had been repaired. I sent it back THREE times before they agreed to replace the handset

I've been with them for about 6 years and on my current deal 3+. My contract has been rolling the last couple of months and I've been paying £10 for 500 mins/100 texts plus the £5 internet add-on. The deals they've been offering have been poor and I don't like my Nokia e71.
I called today for my PAC and was offered the Nokia 5800 or their new INQ for £5 p/m (not including internet). They wanted to charge me £110+ for the Blackberry Bold and I've begrudgingly agreed on the HTC Hero for £70 and am already having second thoughts...
What do you guys think? Am I paying a premium for downgrading and being tied into another 18 months...0 -
Off topic, its still with 3 but a laptop not a phone - How long does it take for them to send out a laptop? I received the moden stick on Sunday (Xmas post) and now its Tuesday and their literature says 2 days after and before 11. I was soooo looking forward to a new laptop and I need to go out but am now stuck in indefinitely waiting!I have realised I will never play the Dane!
Where are my medals? Everyone else on here has medals!!0
