Knowing (well not personally but you know what I mean!) the cheeky arrogant sod, it won't phase him in the least if he's been sued 4 times before.

Can't believe that he thinks it is acceptable!

    Fingers crossed though Beks! xxx

Surely companies house will hold an issue if he is the company director? If he has been sued so many times before surely something must and can be done? This is a case of fraud, how many people haven't taken him to court as well though?!

Local papers, national papers, watchdog are the way forward!

Mmmm, I have been trying to think of the name of the website thank you - have checked on there though and cannot find either him or the business ... on another website though I have found his business listed under 4 different numbers (starting with the letters UC) and addresses (including a house address which I can only presume is his home).
I have also found out that he took over the business from his Dad and his Dad has bailed him out a few times. I can only presume that money is an issue but wish I could find the online finance for it.

Have just had a call from trading standards and they are following the case .. the lady I spoke to wasnt too forthcoming and she said they might fight back with the issue that they need to keep some of the money for services aleady carried out (none as they dont have our details) and because they haevnt been able to release the date to anyone else (it was never booked anyway). She wasnt overly helpful or enthusiastic and said that if he didnt pay through the courts, we would have to get bailifs etc etc  I dont think it is going to be as simple as I hope.
On the otherhand, I spoke to a man last night who sued him last year for not providing services promised.... he booked a new years party with entertainer, band, dancing etc and there was none of that!! He reckoned he would not reply and just give the money once it gets to court... he also recommended we go for additional money due to undue stress ... not sure i want to go down that route, just want the money we paid but its food for thought!
    Postman due soon .........
