Yeah, tis awful, awful, awful ..... it makes my blood boil for people to be spoken to in this way. His attitude is disgusting. :mad::mad::eek::mad::mad:

forgot to add, the other recent review has been added to (I think anyway as I don't remember it being that horrendous). It is sickening the attitude this man has. I so wish I could use these reviews in court.

Me too!! I've been checking almost every day for an update.

Beks, we're not bored, just eager to hear some good news and that this awful man gets what he deserves. How awful for the man who wrote the review to be spoken to in such a disrespectful way. That horrible man is obviously so desperate to get customers that he lies through his teeth to get them through his doors. It makes me so mad!!!!! :mad::mad::mad:

Just spent the last hour (probably more!!) reading through this for the first time. I cannot express how much your situation infuriates me!!! I even managed to work out which venue it was (my future in laws live in a town not too far). There are loads of other lovely venues in the area though so please please don't stress to much about that side of things and I really strongly hope it will all work out. Am down at OH's parents' this weekend as they're moving from a town on one side of your venue to the one on the other side next week and need to help them with finishing sorting out the house. Might drive past and throw rocks at the place!!! All the best xxx

Thank you!! Fingers crossed! No chance of compensation through the small claims but maybe if we go to the press. We haven't requested interest as it took our claim over the limit and we would have had to pay another £100 fee. Shame though!! One more week and it could all be decided, otherwise we have another long wait. We shall see what the court decides.
