...Poet - does that mean you have found the venue lol!!!! Are you no longer in the dark??!! ;)

I just found it too - you may want to ask the Board Guides to remove that info...

Thank you!! Fingers crossed! No chance of compensation through the small claims but maybe if we go to the press. We haven't requested interest as it took our claim over the limit and we would have had to pay another £100 fee. Shame though!! One more week and it could all be decided, otherwise we have another long wait. We shall see what the court decides.

Still watching and hoping you're going to say you've got your money back. Have looked back but can't find how you made your claim to court, was it on the internet? We're following in your wake, so to speak but not feeling optimistic at the moment. I'm relying on you to keep my spirits up, as if you haven't got enough on your plate! I've got everything crossed for you.

Viole, no we did it at the courts because online wanted very brief info and I could not fit it into the word count!!! Good luck with yours, I hope you have more success than we have so far! Keep positive though and you will get there! x

Bubbles is off-line, so I have asked Savvy just to remove that one post. Sorry to bubbles but thought it may be quicker than waiting in case Bubbles is off for a while!!
