What an utter b**s**d! Delaying tatics, plain and simple! He can't do it forever and will have to pay your money back soon. I'd be even more tempted to contact Mr C now!!

Just a thought but if he has put the wrong address on court papers wouldn't that be classed as being fraud?

He's just made this a whole lot worse for himself.

I keep reading through this thread and everytime i see it apper on top of page one, my heart misses a beat and i think oh finally beks has her money back, but no this scally wag is trying to wriggle his way out of it.

You will get your money back beks, the judge will see straight through him, its just a waiting game now.

I would do everything in my power to warn others of what has happened.

Im not clever enough to work out where this place is, i'll wait for the front page article on it.

Franny - need OHs go ahead but I really dont think he will go for it. I really, really want to and convinced myself to do it but convincing OH is another matter. He also has another challenge in the pipeline and not sure they would appreciate it either, he would have to run it past them first too.
Princesswoo - awwww thank you. I do keep wondering why the number of views keeps going up!!! It does mean everything to me that people support it though. I really want the honest truth from people too and if they think we have no chance, I hope they would say.
I really, really thought we were nearing the end of all of this but should have realised that we are not facing a reasonable person but an arrogant, tightfisted liar! :mad:

heehee, I am exactly the same, havent posted before as everyone gives such good advice i don't need to, but I always click on when I see you name beks. As I am up in the frozen North I have no idea where the venue is, but i can't wait to read about the silly aul fools downfall! xx

Beks I'm so angry for you!!! :mad: When I saw the thread had gone up to page 28 I really thought you'd posted some good news.

What a complete b*****d. As there's now going to be a court hearing he'll surely get court costs as well, so he'll not only have to pay back your £5,000 but a few hundred pounds on top! I'm absolutely sure he hasn't got a leg to stand on and the courts will take a very dim view of him as he's wasting court time, bailiffs time and your time and he will be seen for the liar he really is. You have all the evidence in black and white regarding his address and I'm sure whoever hears his case will see him for what he is.

As for advertising on Heart FM maybe someone could perhaps leak out the story pointing their news team in the direction of the trip advisor reviews!!!!!

Don't give up hope Beks. He's the loser in this and he's going to end up paying a damn sight more in costs than if he'd just paid back your £5,000. He deserves everything he's got coming to him. There's so much support on here for you. He'll be a sorry man once all this is over as I'm sure the bad reviews will increase (and get worse!), even if none of us have ever been to the venue!!!

YOU WILL WIN. Stay strong and rant as much as you need to on here. There's always someone who will say something to bring you back to where you need to be to keep fighting this worm!!
