I couldn't believe those reviews! How dare they act like that?! Is there no way that you can go to trading standards with all the evidence and get them closed down? What's yours is mine and what's mine is mine..0

Don't worry it took me a long time to find the place! Even had my partner trying to guess. I agree with everyone else though, definatley take it to the press once you've got your money back. If I'd come across thier site without reading reviews I wouldn't hesitate to book.Married 5th June 20101st Baby born 12th April 2011:j0

Been lurking since you started the thread way back. Just wanted to add my best wishes to the pile.
I googled hotels in your area til I found the one that sounded right and ay caramba, not many happy customers!
Good luck with everything, I really hope the court case goes in your favour.Married Ajichombo on 17th April 2010 :j0 -
Just read the most recent review and OMG, that poor couple. So glad that won't happen to your big day. The place deserves to be shut down  It would be interesting to see what would be said if someone phones up and tries to book your day....0

Yeah, that is a good idea - I wouldn't have the guts to do it, if I hear his voice I reckon I will just crack!!! He could be a little suspicious too!
Its nice to know that this thread is keeping people busy trying to find the venue name lol;), seriously though, I appreciate the support from everyone, you have all been superb!
Oh and remember all not to mention the name of the venue! (I have almost slipped up quite a few times without thinking so it is easy to do!)

Oh just for info...if booking a ceremony in Kent this is what should happen (as per the A kentish Wedding Magazine..
"Once u have booked a venue in Kent they will then inform the local ceremonies team at the registry office dealing. Couples will then receive a letter from the ceremonies team advising them of legal preliminaries to marriage, what they need to do next and the doc and fees that are required.
A booking with the Kent Registration Service can be made up to 2 years in advance and this guarantee applies as soon as the venue is booked."
Hope this is useful beks.Eve
