The welcome pack was in form of a letter, describing the features of the account and account details (sort code/account number). Not a 'pack'.
When you are free and going somewhere, jut go to the branch, and see if they have your application. I hope your data is found sometime this month. Or else, complain big time (as you are already doing now).0 -

Noooo - still waiting for a letter or something but not holding out much hope! I won't be going into a branch, if they have written it'll turn up soon enough I guess (or maybe in March!) lol

Update 21/09/09 - still nothing. Will write in now to their Data Processor demanding an explanation as to where my personal data has gone! I've asked BM for help, in case he knows of anything....?

cheers mate but i'm still at a loss why the branch can tell me different to telephone banking - it just doesn't add up.....
