i'm hoping for a cooking day tomorrow, but it won't be as good as yours, think mines just going to involve the slow cooker and cramming as much into the big oven at the same time to make best use of the electricity0

That's what spurred me on - using oven for most of the things at same time. Couldn't fit moussaka in so will do that same time as baking tomorrow.

I was on a course this afternoon which finished earlier than my usual time - I considered going back to work for the last half hour......but only briefly LOL. I decided to go for a swim instead. Must have been some sort of karma for me sciving half an hour - I got to the pool and there were big notices everywhere saying pump on pool was broken and waiting for reapair - serves me right LOL!!January spends - £587.580
