At least it's amusing me for free!!January spends - £587.580

You're doing well on your NSDs again. I must confess to spending some money, I bought a new cassette adapter so I can use my iPod in the car as the other one broke. It was not a necessity but its really nice to have, and only cost £1.49 from ebay and I paid for it from Paypal ie money I'd earnt on ebay. Does that excuse it
? I also got my haircut yesterday which cost an awful lot more than that, and was proper cash. It might be an expensive month!
I've not got a facebook account - partly because my kids have banned me so I don't see what they're up to, but mostly because I already spend so many hours in front of a computer screen.
Good to hear you sounding a little more cheerful...

Blew it today - defo not a nsd - managed to blow £40 in Morrisons - some I needed like bread and milk - NOT so sure about 5 bottles of bubble bath (It was on offer!!!!!!!) Ah well - 9/12 still isn't too bad and I should manage a few more this week now I have bread in the freezer and enough milk to see me through the week. It has gone on my reward cc which I will pay off at the end of the month.
My kids aren't on facebook LOL - maybe I'd be an embarrassment to them CBM - (whenever I type in your initials I think of chocolate - but it was CDM - Cadbury's Dairy Milk - ahhhhh - now I want some LOL) Bet the hair is looking stunning too.
Think I might be looking at Mr T's vouchers for days out this year rather than save them for Christmas like I usually do.
3 days to breaking up - it has gone very quickly, but has been a short term. Haven't checked it out yet but bet there will be a long term coming up to make up for it.
Had really heavy snow at lunchtime playtime today - kids loved it - I loved the fact it looked pretty for about an hour then MELTED yay!!

Hi milann - I found the days out vouchers were really handy last year - I went to a couple of places with them and then still had change for this year... so that was good!
Glad the snow melted. I must make sure I get a new sick note next week - as mine runs out... Was originally due to take some holiday next week anyway! OH is off Wed-Fri which should be nice... If I can find my leftover vouchers -will hopefully get to use them next week.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

days out with vouchers sounds good.Don't be hard on yourself about not having a NSD as you needed stuff. There will be plenty more NSDS.0

I went into Morrisons on Tuesday - parked there when I had my haircut and went in for some dishwash tablets half price. Came out with quite a lot they had some fab offers on spent £11.05 - missed the bubble bath
. I haven't shopped this week, so the 'top up shop' was handy.
Half term seems to have come really quickly, lucky you having half term already. Have you got any plans?
