Thanks both. Slept ok but still having nightmares and suspect I will for a while - just brains way of sorting the day as well as feelings..tablets may also affect dreams which is why they dont like presc then as you dont get such deep sleep so am going to try herbal nitol and see how I do with them...also getting used to different noises being in a different room....am happy with my space - still lots of tidying to do and must do the kitchen this am as lodger coming at 2.30 ish...couple or errands to run today but a gentle day by comparison.
Have had updates and the cats are using the litter trays which is a relief! They have been snuggling in bed so happy to hear that Alfie has come from behind the chair!

Good news about your lodger ISOM. Can't believe how quickly it has all happened.
Sorry the cats have finally gone, but at least they are ok...onwards and upwards !x

me too bob...I miss them and its funny that its the little things that get me...not being woken up by licking eyelashes, no litter trays (a bonus mind!) and its quiet in may ways...they are loved and happy though and thats the main thing - sometimes no matter how painful the most loving thing you can do is let go - even though its hearbreaking. Will see Alfie and Manu on tues as their new mummy and I are taking them to the vets!
Potterry day today...lodger out for the day. Been cleaning and sorting her tv out as ariel point turned off by ntl ...only a bit of tidying to do this pm (mopping floors - joy!!) and then doing database etc for knitting group! Despite not having been in work for well over a month I have never been so busy...!! Looking forward to a relax tonight...
