I agree and have decided that the bowl will go to car boot on Sun...turtle not gone yet and I will keep her for now as she has lots of food and minimal on cost and quite a character! Plus must change thinking re spending - ie no spends unless necessary and a fish isnt!
Just back from bank...lots of lovelly lolly in and barclaycard cashback is no more!! I no longer have the card and its being kept elsewhere and will have to have a very good reason to have it back!!
3 estate agents coming today and flat is fairly tidy but hard with boxes and cats!! So today will be a nsd, knitting and relaxing. Didnt sleep well again last night and have a gp appt. Will also see if I can get hikd of cat lady to see when I can visit re doing vol work. Off firt to investigare home info packs...Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Hope visits went well and you were able to have a NSD.:j0

oo my goodness my brain is fried! 3 estate agents in one day - one postponed as apparently off sick!! All come up with different prices and different approaches so its hard to know which one to go with, if I do. Really hard to know what to do for the best...I could prob sell quickly but markets not good and no way of knowing whether it will improve so the decision is do I cut my losses and sell or wait and risk it...Currently on phone to ntl trying to reduce package and hurrah it's down to 24.45. V+ is gone and boradband back to minimal 2mg sneaky dodahs had increased it without me knowing!! Quite chuffed with that tbh - last months was 50+ so a good saving. Have also done utd meter readings and asked for them to review payments...think thats all I can do for now. Just need to find out whats on tv tonight and knit my burial bunting for loving hands...quite chuffed with it but amazed by how tiny it is. Keep hinking pf the mummy, daddy and baby who will receive it...puts things into proportion.Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Oooh toughie. Why not go for an average price with room to negotiate? Also if you want a challenge do what the tv people do and have a look at the local competition yourself to gage a price.:j0

my gut feeling is that I go midway but need to speak to mort people about the 4700 early redemption fee which is the sticking/difficult point at this stage...I dont care if I break even, or loose a bit but there are limits!!
Spoke to dotty cat on the phone and she purred at me...managed not to cry! Alfie here being affectionate cat extarordinare but know that when they all go I wll be bereft but will manage that when it comes!! yup....selling it be!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Even in the darkest moments, love and hope are always possible.0

ok so not selling it be lol!! Worked out that its just not worth it..the amount I get after fees etc means that I would loose vast sums of money so will have to sit tight and be mega frugal. Will also investigate getting someone to share so thay have one room and I have another but unsure how realistic that is...but worth a go innit!
Today so far have cancelled my john lewis card which is the end of an era as I've had it since I was 19!! Also reduced gas and elec and last night got rid of v+ and down to min 24 for tv, broadband and tv...plus updated spreadsheet. Mobile is next...
Feeling shattered and have cracking head so going to go back to bed for an hour to see if I can shift it. Manu cat is sitting snoring on the chair! Bless!!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Even in the darkest moments, love and hope are always possible.0 -

Hmmm ... intriquing things in the offing ISOM, hope they work out for you
if you let a room in your home you can get nearly £5,000 in rent tax free (assuming you tell the Revenue in the first place).
If you could stand it, renting a room somewhere else and renting out your place could maybe keep you going until things improve, then you could move back in. Radical I know, just an idea
If your mortgage is repayment, it might be possible to convert it to interest only, and pay off as much as you can from the capital whenever you can manage it - again might keep you going0
