Busy day with changing utilities and investigating...appointment this pm and then friend came down for tea (smart price pots, whoopsied chops and sweetcorn with strawb vodka for pud!!) now just chilling before bed and final estate agent tomorrow am and friend pm...then more sorting as been remiss and next car boot on sun!
Another car boot....your energy amazes me at the moment. Hope Weezl and Fergie is well and you too. All plans sound interesting ISOM.:DBlackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

hello lesley...nice to have you on my wee diary! Well this ere flat...have looked at every way up, down, sideways, upside down etc and if I rent the flatas a whole I'll be out of pocket by 100+ a month plus will have to pay rent where I am...and then if I dont have tenants I'll be stuffed. This way I get to stay here, still have my own (albeit small) space and help with bills etc plus no tax! All helps with debtbusting too...so now time to probably redecorate both rooms - as in quick coat of paint - so that new person can make whichever room their own. One will be single bed and one a double with small sofa bed, wardrobe and table as well as cable and broadband in each and we'll share kitchen and bathroom...lovely see!! off to make bling...as for energy bob am seriously lacking in that but its a must do at the moment...Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Tres, impressed with your solution. Sounds a good compromise if you and prospective tenant each have your own space.Blackadder: Am I jumping the gun, Baldrick, or are the words 'I have a cunning plan' marching with ill-deserved confidence in the direction of this conversation?

Sounds like a good solution, and if things improve for you you can reclaim your space!
Can I say that I think it would be well for you to be business like with your flatmate. You don't necessarily need a contract as you will be living there, but it might be a good idea to lay things on the line re who pays what when etc right from the start.
Good luck with finding someone nice to share your space with0 -
and deff get a website up for your jewelry ...mr smart net or something is only £30 a year to set up(free for the first year ...and very easy to set up) ...i got mine from business gateway i am sure wales will have something similar ....0

Sounds like a good plan for the flat - good luck.
Re jewellery, a website is a great idea, or what about selling on eBay or through Etsy?Debt@16.12.09 £10,362.38, now debt free as of 29.02.2012."I cannot make my days longer so I strive to make them better."0 -

my brother found a housesharer for his house using this site recently, might find you someone nice0 -
aww thank you all for lovely messages...have been having time with Ferg after sorting "the cupboard" (the last thing & I've been avoiding it but now looks empty!) and finding cheap carpet from a friend who rents houses - 180 for the whole room with underlay so happy with that. Tonight need to look for flatmate - going for a short term one until I know whats what and want a woman as space is small so dont feel a bloke would be appropriate then making some bling! Made a lovely set of necklace, earrings and braceet from jade yesterday which I hope to get 20 for...website being considered but for now focussing on people I know but will def think on it...have posted to people but its all the photographing that feels a bit much at the mo...Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1!
