Thanks...had my first councelling session today and it helped, although was very emotional but it helps to have an outsider help me sift feelings...also saw gp and we agreed that will just have to get through the process. He ? whether the dread feeling is panic attack but dont think it is as breathing etc is ok....I remain ever thankful that my friends are so lovely and look after me so well.
Tomorrow I am helping at the local cat sanctuary sale to see if I can get into doing some kitten socialisation so I get my cat fix!! Am babysitting and typing on a very posh apple mac book thingy!! O and I took mum and dad to town and was told on the way back that I was very kind and beautiful so thats me suckered!! aww bless...am ver proud of him because he swam a length of the pool without arm bands today and did four stitches of my knitting...then played star wars with the spare needle!! Lodger is doing ok...tomorrow night I have people for dinner which will be lovely as theyre good friends..indian storecupboard meal of spinach curry and spicy potatoe me thinks...hugs all!

nice to hear you sounding happier in your post, glad you and your lodger (can't think what else to call her) are getting on well, it's not easy sharing your space with someone after living on your own for so long. I've just done the same with marge in morrisons so that's now in the freezer ready for lots of baking.
  • Nothing important to say except hello  and glad to hear things progressing in the being prudent plan.

  • Hiya missus

You seem to have settled into a kind of routine which is good and hope the HS(houseshare) is going well

Counsellings great for thinking out loud and making sense of your thoughts and feelings just a fiendly bit of advice ...................don't stop going straightaway when you think your "fixed" keep going for a bit just to make sure ...................................I made the mistake of thinking I had resolved my issues and 2 weeks later i was worse than when I started ,you really do need the continued support .

you seem to be more positive though so good for you

Morning shaz...loder and I are slowly getting used to each other and tolerating each others foibles! She doesent mind me cleaning up after her so theres an easy compromise - she makes mess and I clean which she doesent find annoying so thats the way it will be! Finished the first of my Christmas pressies yesterday! A lovely scarf thats warm and snuggly and the recipient will love it! Today is a day in with washing machine being examined! Will, finally, bottle my two dj of wine and also make some more. Slept well last night with no nightmares which was a relief.
hugs all...sorry if I've sounded negative - not my intention at all and have tried to be positive but some days its really hard...
