Have now started getting letters from Brethertons Solicitors telling me they will start court proceedings if I dont reply and pay their 'fine'. They said they would do it without further notice yet sent me another letter after a week of me not replying!!

The only tickets you need to worry about are ones from the council or police, those need to be dealt with. ALL other tickets (which are invoices) can be ignored, they won't take you to court because they will lose, I will post a link from bbc watchdog in a minute for you, so you can for yourself.Excel Parking, MET Parking, Combined Parking Solutions, VP Parking Solutions, ANPR PC Ltd, & Roxburghe Debt Collectors. What do they all have in common?
They are all or have been suspended from accessing the DVLA database for gross misconduct!
