It's the old card that is MBNA the new one is directly from Santander.
I still have my old one...the new one took 6 weeks and only gave me £500!!! an insult as mine are usually high limits...
So I did the BT to the MBNA one instead..lol
They are usually very good on overdraft limits though mine started at £1500 and I asked them to up it to £2000 in jan and they did.
Ah, I get it! Well, if my overdraft is anything to go by, I will get a fraction of the limit, if I get it at all, and I have a £3500 limit on my current card (but nowhere near that used up IYKWIM).
How long was it before you asked for an increase in the OD limit, Taxi, as if HSBC pull the plug on me, I might need somewhere to run...
Thanks for the advice! :beer:Please call me 'Pickle'

Long week this week...am working 6 days straight. Am working 11-7 today, have to do homework tonight for nail course, nail course from 10.30-1.30 romorrow, drive to work, work 3-8, work, 1-6 the day after then go for a meal for Mother's Day on Sunday at 7, and I finally get a day off on Tuesday. ~No particular :MSE: news: have spent some money on coke, need to buy a Mother's Da card as can't find the appropriate banners etc. to make one (I'll go as far as sticking stuff on cards, but I'm useless at art!), have spent some money on coke to keep me going (bad Pickle!), bought one lunch this week the other day when I was up late and didn't have time to make one cos I got up late (bad, diorganised Pickle!), get paid next week (yay!), and will hopefully hear from A&K r.e. CC then as well. Am uploading CDs as fast as possible so should be able to get room ridy and help keep it tidy soon. Still need to Ebay, exercise, do 1001 other things, but mainly need to go at minute else will be late for work.
Have a good weekend! xPlease call me 'Pickle'

Pickle, I know things seem bad at times, but surely there's no need to resort to drugs? :rotfl:

Probably about 12 months but I do know they match previous overdrafts ..it may be worth looking into.
Hmm...I'm a bit unsure as to what to say. What would you recommend? 'Hello Mr A&L but I'm afraid when my bank twig what I've done they will recall my overdraft and I will be in trouble. Any chance you could help, please?' (I don't mean that sarcastically, but I'm unsure as to how to approach that.) Answers on a postcard, please...xPlease call me 'Pickle'

Just ring them and ask them to match your overdraft from your previous bank.0

Har har! :rotfl: How un-MSE. I can barely afford the drink, never mind the drugs!
You know, I haven't even listened to the CD yet? I was so excited about getting it, but when I listen to it I want to sit down and appreciate it fully with no distractions, so I will wait until such an opportunity lends itself to me (probably next Tuesday). There's no point rushing perfection, and is typical of my life: I get something I really, really want, then I'm ina position where I can't even do anything with it! Pft....*Pickle snorts in derision*
Ah well, about to get legs waxed (you really needed to know that!) and do nail homework, both after a shower, of course. Need to put uniform in wash as well. Really want an early night as am currently burning the candle at both ends. Zzzzzzzz............
Off I go then...see you all later. xPlease call me 'Pickle'
