And to Roger - I honestly thought I'd get my knuckles rapped a bit or a few frowns and sighs, but truthfully everyone I met from the usher through to the judge was as nice and as supportive as can be, no bad feelings at all put on me

Ooh, that would be interesting, I have been waiting for an outraged call from my parents but if it truly doesn't go into the local paper then maybe that call will never come........

I specifically asked about it as it was worrying me. I only had an examiner, so I hope he was right............

he was indeed correct in what he told you.....they changed the rules & regs back in April this year so most OR's offices now dont bother printing details in local rags...WILL however though be inserted into the London Gazette unfortunatley that cant be changed..

            Hi All

Well went to the court yesterday 21st September 2009.

Just waiting for my paper work to come from the OR. Fingers crossed its all simple. lol

Hi and welcome, just a little advice, you might be better to remove your case number and location of court because it can be used to trace your name and address via the insolvency website search system. just to protect yourself. You never know who is lurking!

But welcome to the September club! :D

edit - sorry, I didn't mean to alarm you, I should have phrased that better. :o:o:o:o

Hi, congratulations on your BR and hopefully you will hear from the OR soon, then once that's over you can relax a bit more again.

Am starting to be plagued (again) by the people I owed money to, do I tell therm now about the BR or wait until I have spoken to OR?

Meanwhile I am still not used to this not owing all the money lark, I got my book out last night to sit and work out who I could pay what to this month and actually got half way down the page before I remembered I didn't have to do that anymore!
