The September 2009 Bankruptcy & DRO club!

Hi everyone, welcome to the September 2009
Bankruptcy & Debt Relief Order Club.

This club is for everyone who has gone through the process of Bankruptcy/Debt Relief Order during September 2009. So please feel free to join and post.

Pop your name on here, the date that you went/are going Bankrupt/DRO and the stage that you are at in your Bankruptcy. And then just keep everyone in the club updated throughout the next year about your journey through Bankruptcy. That way we can all stick together and compare notes and we will be there to support each other throughout the different stages in our Bankruptcy/DRO.

Remember this is your board so keep posting.

Obviously anyone can come on here and post anything that will help us all and you are all welcome. Any important questions that do need answering are maybe still better posted on the main board but if you do put it on here, then maybe we can help each other.

Hopefully it will be an extra place for friendship and support as we compare notes and discuss what is happening with our Bankruptcies & DRO's.

money penny an col going bankrupt sept 8th. forms filled in but not photocopied yet.phone driving us mad.hopefully no time to get a ccj.the only good thing at mo is dieting doing well cos cant eat.ha regards penny

I didnt know about this group! Its a few weeks ago and I went offically bankrupt at:
Sheffield County Court, on the 18th August. Just currently, confirming date with the Official Reciver!

Hi, welcome to Moneypenny and col! Best wishes to you for the 8th, hope it all goes smoothly. unlikely to get a ccj in that time and unplug your phone and congratulations on sticking to your diet! :eek: you should check out some of the Oldstyle board as they have some great threads about how to eat on a very very tight budget. Going BR 8th Sept @ 9am (hubby too at 9.15am!) - currently finishing off the forms - do i need to get them photocopied?? as the clerk this morning didn't say anything about this! - Ipswich is the court - anyone had any dealings with them?

Went BR 1st Sept (yesterday!) 10.30am - Does that make me the first in September!!??

Now waiting for the OR's paperwork including a date for interview.....

Hi CJOR and welcome to the club! Best wishes to you both for the 8th. I took three copies of the form myself just in case but the clerk at my court never asked for the other copies, she took another copy herself. Just give the court a call to ask, they won't mind at all.
