  • hi all been an done it at the court in bradford today.posted my experience on main board.it really is ok,so for all you going this month dont be afraid,i was very afraid never been in a court before, but staff are trained to be non judmental kind even.i cried whilst rummaging about in my bag for a tissue,an the clerk had a box on the desk,so i knew she was used to this.the judge man was kind didnt shout at us,i dont know why i thought he would..ha.even had a cuppa in the canteen.o.r.rung us in another office again proffesional but asked me to take my time, only asked about bank account an assets.asked col more about our car.said to tell creditors our b.r.number.an he would be in touch later in the week.so came out of there in a better state than i went in.so dont be nervous.be prepared to have a lot of hanging around, ladies take tissues.men take what you want,or use your sleeve.an relax. regards penny an col

Congratulations Penny & Col, :T and thanks for posting your experience. I forgot my tissues but managed to keep it together with a stern talking to myself to stop the tears before they fully erupted.

  • Congratulations Money Penny and Worri373! Hope you both get a good nights sleep :)

Had my call from the OR office today. Was at work so couldn't really talk and asked if I could call back in my lunch break. The guy I spoke to could barely string a sentence together which was a bit worrying. Called back at lunch and spoke with someone else. She wanted to arrange a phone interview for tomorrow - which I panicked about (assuming I'd need to get paperwork together for - and didn't want to have it at the office!). We arranged next week instead (first thing in the morning so I can just go into work a bit later that day), and she said it would only take half an hour...does that seem right?
  • hi maybeelady i think to tell you that interview for half an hour is a good sign that they see your case as been a simple one,so thats good.we will sleep better tonight thanks regards penny x

and so the saga continues: :mad::mad::mad:

the cheque still didn't arrive and the court have said to re-book another appointment when it does and they will fit us in quickly.............. don't know whether to laugh or cry................. feeling so down now and to top it all don't know when the cheque will arrive as the chap who is the treasurer is on holiday now and the secretary is away til Friday......... and they need 2 sigs on the cheque............... oh oh oh oh :sad::sad::sad:

Question::::: and as we have no more money in til the 25th now would be ideal so maybe wondering if it worth waiting til next month now just for the bank side of things what do you all think????

thanks to listening me moaning on!
