Weighed in at 221lb so a 4.4lb loss for September - better than nothing. Here's to the October challenge...

Argh, after a good start in the first week last week was 1/2 lb back on :o so 31/4 atm, still 2 more days to go?????????????

Alex, so well done! That droopy trouser feeling is soooooooooooo good !(thinks back.......)

Well done all the other losers too. Even if it's only a pound off, I always think how easily it could have been another half a stone on, without trying too hard!
Will be signing up for October now. Thanks Dragon and all!

    I've been Money Tipped!
My mantra for today is water: I notice I've dropped off ater consumption in the last couple of days. Not something that is normally a problem for me!

Well I thought it would be 4 lb but for some ridiculous reason I seem to have added 6 oz today. Lets hope tomorrow that disappears.

Final WI of the month this morning
    11-8.

A bit disappointing after starting September at 11-10.
So 2lbs shed and since the 1st July a total of 13lbs.
No excuses for this month but being away from home for two weeks didn`t help.

Anyway another month, another start, and another target.
Good luck to everyone and keep posting encouragement for everybody.

Once again thanks to the Drag for her brilliant idea of "one month at a time"

Well done to all the losers, you are doing fantastically well!!!!!!!!!!

I will weigh in tomorrow and post my start weight for Oct/end weight for Sept. I am not feeling very optimistic about tomorrow's WI but have begun a 3-month trial with WW and hopefully this will help. I am also reading a few diet books at present which are really inspiring me - and this has the added benefit of keeping me occupied and away from food! For some reason I don't snack while reading, but I do while surfing. Ho hum!!

Anyway, I'll post my weight tomorrow and see y'all on the October thread xo

well, I've made stupid end to the month. we had a chicken tradgedy here (roaming dog), and I was upset, I walked in and had a cup of tea, and my darling neighbours brought over comfort-cake and biscuits and more tea and cake and stuff, and I feel no happier about my poor hen, and heavier and foolish. :(
