Thanks SavingH,
I am just so determined to get that credit card paid off and start saving for that baby so we don't stress when I am on maternity.

I'm okay had a good weekend. Had 2 different sets of people over for a meal so that was nice - and the food was gorgeous even if I do say so myself!
Got a week of relative freedom before new job starts. I have a perm job interview to sneak in this week too - but that could make life complicated if I get to the next stage after I have started my temp job!! But the problem is I have absolutely hated being unemployed and don't want this to happen again so really want a perm job!
I do need to work really hard on getting the house sorted this week and preferably pre-cook some meals to make my first week less stressful. The second week the kids are off and will need to go to MILs for the week - but that is normally a really nice week for me and my OH to get closer againand just relax a bit at night, perhaps see friends, go out without needing a babysitter etc!
This temp job is starting at a good time as we have loads of car and motorbike bills coming over the next month or so. I need to get 2 tyres for my car. My OH has just bought a new motorbike tyre for the front, but will need a back one within a month and had to have the brakes fixed. He also needs outdoor weather gear as his other stuff is nearly 10 years old bless him!! So my first wages might not make much of a dent on our debt but is still coming at a good time.Achieve FIRE/Mortgage Neutrality in 2030

Morning all.
CMD, your sig is looking really great!
I had a nice weekend as well. Finland beat Wales 2-1 in football (again).
On Sunday we had the season's first 2 matches (indoor volleyball that is). Unfortunately we lost both, but I played really well, so pleased in my disappointment.DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0 -

It's lovely and sunny in here, but quite cold, though it will probably warm up later. Don't really want to be at work.
And both my bosses are away...so hoping there won't be too many calls for him. We deal with building maintenance and obviously I know nothing about it, I'm just the one to pay the bills etc...

she did have a lovely party. she's had 3 days of opening presents so far! she's only 2 so we've let her open her presents as and when she's had them. it's too much for her to open all in one go anyway so we thought that staggering them would be better.

I am good. Didn't get much sleep last night with the the stretchy pains but feel grand today. Can't wait to get to 24 weeks, I will relax a bit more then
I think staggering the presents is a great idea. They get too overwhelmed if there are too many at once.Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947
