Hey SavingH,
How's you? Just read on your thread about your son. He sounds like a little star!
When do you start work? Just waiting til the end of Oct for OH's first pay packet to come through. He also has a payment from the part-time work he did and also a payment from back tax. It is taking so long to come through - I am so impatient. I want the credit card gone so we can save for when the baby arrivesTotal (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947

My son is absolutely gorgeous. My DD is too but in a different way as she is only 6 so less opportunities to star in the "acts of service" stakes. (One of the Five love languages in a book of the same name!) Today she was really happy and excited eating her tea with her daddy - she was a pleasure to watch - and a sign we were doing something right!
I start work a week on Monday. They have agreed I can go in an hour and half late on my first day which is nice as generally first days are exhausting! I am pleased too as originally I thought the job would start the end of october - so that is 2 weeks extra money this month (not sure when I will actually get it but never mind) Fab!

The job sound very flexible
We are getting the keys on the 17th (Sat week) and hoping to move Monday week so everything is moving very quickly. I have packed (no moving heavy things for me) 6 boxes and am so proud of myself but there are many more boxes to go! OH is really busy with work tonight but has assured me that he will be on board properly from tomorrow onwards. I hope so cos I think his head is in the clouds with this move!Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947

I won't have broadband but I have a work dongle so will be able to come online via that. Won't be able to order broadband until I get my new phone number, which is the 23rd Oct. Fingers crossed no delays - there always is with BT!Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947

Hiya all!
Just making my presence known.
Oh, so jealous about everyone moving... Yesterday when I came home, my flatmate said he'd taken my clothes out of the tumble dryer as he needed it, I asked if they were dry and he said that they felt dry. Got down to kitchen and my clothes were on the kitchen floor (on a plastic bag mind you) in the midst of everyone cooking and walking over them! And when I got my hands on them, they were still totally damp!:mad::mad: It wasn't even like I was hogging the tumble dryer as I'd only put them in the night before and obviously hadn't had time to do much else as just coming back from work!!!! I want to move!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DEBT FREE OCTOBER 2012!Proud to have dealt with my debts!0 -
