Wow.....
I have never in my life posted a thread so successful I've been asked to make a second thread because it was so loooooooooooooooooooong!
Here's how it all started:
We've all had our ups and downs, Doodles and I have claimed top spots :rotfl:....... but I know I speak for both of us when I say this thread saved us, so a massive thankyou to everyone on this thread for their continual support, love and compassion....
Summer may be nearly over, but this thread lives on....

Hello :j
Following on from a post of mine called "I need a friend" a whole new "competition/challenge" was borne.
Now lots of people on this site are FANTASTIC, their motivation, upbeat nature and budgetting skills are the envy of many, and then theres a few others...
Those who for one reason or another just cant get on top of that spending diary, who always find a "better" use for that extra bit of change, and who can always find an excuse to spend a fortune in Primark (maybe thats just me)
So we need motivating, we need a regular kick up the rear to get moving and we need someone/or many people to shout at us and say STAY OUT OF PRIMARK!(again might just be me!)
Now noone is being mean by shouting at another so leave your feelings at the door with your shoes.
It takes a lot to be honest with yourself about whether or not you're doing all that you can, so I'm signing up for (well mannered) words of motivation, to see me get 15k of my outstanding debt paid off...

Hi
I'm still here!!!
Nothing much doing today? Was meant to be sorting the house out but went to the Car Boot Sale and came home and OH has spent all afternoon looking for the bits for the bunk beds and can't find them (the man loses everything, we couldn't find the cot screws so had to borrow my mum's ones as she has the same cot as us, he loses and breaks everything he touches as do the kids). So the house is still a right tip which I'm gutted about as I hate living like this but just don't know what to do with everything.
Didn't win the Euromillions (didn't get one number) so can't share it with everyone.
Back later.

Sorry to hear about the job CAFC but I'm sure it'll end up being the best for you. Why did CCCS never get back to you? Deffo heard better things about them.
Lovely to get offer of big rock Doodles
Hope everyone else doing well.
My good news is I resisted buying a half price Orla Kiely handbag today. Those of you who know me well will realise thats a triumph :rotfl:Looking for the perfect home and saving to make becoming a MFW easier
