  • Good luck savingholmes, CAFCgirl and PAID.

PAID, well done on getting below 15k too!
  • How was the interview SH - hope it went OK, keep checking on here for news from you and CAFC (am at the computer getting stuff onto Turbolister for Ebay later and keep checking here).

  • It is so quiet here today, hope everyone is having good days.

Bit boring here today, weather is miserable, am hoping to get the kids to bed and asleep before 8pm as Location, Location, Location is on and I would like to watch it in peace with no disturbances.

I'm quite enjoying September so far. Am selling a good amount of things on Ebay, I've deregistered as Self Employed (so next week I can ring Tax Credits and tell them I'm not working any more), probably won't get any more money but it's a relief not having to worry about keeping records for tax returns.

Feeling quite positive and am now trying to see how much of my debt I can pay off before the end of December.

Anyway, hopefully someone will be around about 9ish for a chat.

Thanks Swow white et al for the good wishes too! :T

Had interview - seemed to go okay but who knows - I may not find out a for a few days...... Stress city here from that perspective

DS started high school today seemed to go okay. But so far had to pay

    £5 school donation
£5 for a locker for the year
£5 donation towards design and technology class
£18 new outdoor trainers for school
£15 trainers for out of school - his is 11 and in size 9s!!! Luckily we have a Sports Direct near us so can get them way below RRP

etc etc etc All seems very expensive and obviously all hits at the same time

TMD congrats on the gold money...:T I wondered about taking some broken jewellery in myself but not done it yet...

  • Seven weeks!!! I keep on saying 'gardening leave' loudly in the hope that someone will pick up on it

I have an interview tomorrow so fingers crossed. Am not 100% that I want it but it does tick lots of my boxes and as a friend said to me today: 'one in the hand is worth two in the bush'....

especially good luck for tomorrow PAID - hope it helps you decided if it is right for you as well as if you are right for them.... I think that is the one thing I haven't done enough of - pausing to make sure it is right for me too!

Unfortunately garden leave is normally only give to trouble makers, sales people and the extremely senior.... on second thoughts could start it any day now LOL!
