Morning All,
Still snotty, but not as bad. Off to work shortly and walking! Walking there isn't too bad it's walking home that's the hard bit. Having done 4 hours very physical work, then have 1/4 hours walk up hill (horrible) - still try to be positive. How fit I'll get etc. But horrible thought.
Ruby: Good Luck. PMA coming your way.
Got to do another plan this week, have done my last 2 weeks and now mini-plan less!
Trying to be very MSE I put dishwasher on quick wash last night and cups don't look like they've been washed, so shall forget that MSE exercise.:D

Morning all
Princess - hope you have a better week this week love. I know how you feel about the spots, I get spots AND wrinkles. !!!!!! is that all about?! So unfair. Anyway, I hope you find the confidence to speak to your boss about a pay review because you DO deserve it. You're entitled to bring the subject up lovely so good luck.
Re telling your mum about your dad, it's never too late. Plus which you can just say it's taken you so long to tell her because you've been terrified of hurting her. She might accuse you of going behind her back but that's not the case, the fact is you have been put in this situation by your parents and are now trying to work things out for yourself. IT'S YOUR LIFE!!! Big hugs sweetie.
Tilly - HUZZAH FOR OH'S NEW JOB!!! Hope he has a great day.
Laura - thanks for the good wishes! Hope you manage to get the time/confidence to have a word with your boss about your concerns re pay. Definitely think you should mention it.
RM - hope you feel better & it was just hayfever and not a cold.
Eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek. That's my general attitude at the moment ahead of this afternoon. Plus which it's tipping it down which means frizzy hair for the interview
Anyway, did a load of research last night, wrote notes & questions to ask so feel prepared but still a bit freaked out. Confuzzled - Wow....... what a list of chores you set yourself !!!!!!!![/QUOTE]
I know it looks a lot but tbh some of them are jobs I don't wanna do but only take a few mins when I've psyched myself up, and the best thing is...I finshed everything on my list:j:j Except cleaning the kitchen:o But tbh it's an endless battle, Patsy jumps up on the sides at night(even though the witch knows she's not allowed:rolleyes:) and DH had his best mate and bro round to play FIFA 10(Yep I'm a PS3 football widow again!:mad:Wouldn't be too bad but my laptops broken and can only use the big pc which is in DHs game room(Yes he actually does have one!)) and they ransacked the kitchen for drinks and food:rolleyes: Good job I'm laid back innit!? lolCat_Addict wrote: »Thanks tilly!
Well I am 40, with three kids age 14, 12 and 10, three Devon Rex cats and a partner of six years. We live in a 3 bed housing association house which is bulging at the seams with us all. I work for a firm of Financial Planners. He is an architects technician.
Although he and I both earn decent salaries we can't afford to buy a house because the price of houses is so high as first time buyers it would cost us about £1500 a month (compared with £325 rent) to buy anything big enough and we couldn't borrow that much.
I love cats, Corrie and The Tudors. Love being at home and making nice stuff for the family.
Princess - re:payrise, if you find a copy of your job description(usually found in a handbook or intranet if you have it) and take that in with when you have a word with manager and tell them the extra you do and if they say no to a payrise just make sure you stick to just doing whats in your job description..they'll soon realise how much you're worth;) I did this at my last job, worked a treat! Although it did help that my boss hated me so I loved winding him up:D:D The phrase "I'm sorry but that's not in my job description" is still used by the other staff but only to him.....he finds it very frustrating;):rotfl:
Right boss keeps wandering back & forth from my desk and its taken me and age to write this:rolleyes: Will hopefully be back later once he stops piling my filing tray with paper he's hoarded over the past few years:rolleyes:
Sorry I know I've missed loads of people:( But hope you are all ok.
Ruby Rubes hair will be fine, you're gorj no matter what..you and Ebbs always bring out my Lezza tendencies:eek::D
Good luck with interview and finger crossed for you hun. Don't forget to let us know how it goes xxxxxxxxxxxxx
