Good luck with the blood test ruby - I have them a lot too, underactive thyroid in my case.
I'm STILL streaming with a cold, and thought it would've gone by now. Feel like crawling back into bed not doing the school run and work!

Oh its pouring today and my trousers are too long and have dragged on the floor and are wet! not fun. and thats probably the most exciting thing that will happen to me today. what a life!

Ruby: The job sounds awesome. Everything crossed that you get called back. Your soup sounds lovely, I'm into soup at moment.

Swinstie: Did you get the housework done?

Cat: You have my sympathy as I am also full off cold still and just want to stay in bed..Went to bed at 8,30 last night! My nose isn't running as much but now have sore throat and cough!

Princess: You were on early today! Yuck to wet trousers! Good luck telling Mum later.

Day off today, so catch up later.

Eugh, blood tests! They have to lie me down for them coz I always go light-headed:o Its the stress of going to the quacks I think....I've never liked doctors or hospitals:o I usually have to sit in waiting room for 20mins for my blood-pressure to drop...how bad is that?!:eek: I even get all stressy when I go with DH....he refuses to let me sit in the car til he's done:( He says its coz can't see properly after he has the eye drops so needs my help....personally I think he's a selfish beggar:rotfl::rotfl:

They have at last come for my car! (Sob). They stuck my baby on a crane, swang it over the trees and dumped it on a truck! What happened to respect????

Confuzzled, I laughed out loud at your post - Cheshire LOL, t'aint posh in the bit where I live I promise you! I do like BodyCare though.

Try not to be too sad. Think of it as having gone to car heaven. A better place with as much as petrol (or diesel) as it wants and wide open roads, and no speed cameras

Cat - sorry you're still suffering, love what a pain. Shame you can't just crawl back into bed and look after yourself. Hope you feel better.

Princess - GOOD LUCK honey. You're doing the right thing, you really are. Plus there's always the chance that it might not be as bad as you think. Your mum loves you after all!

RM - so sorry about the car. It's seems silly but I know just how emotionally attached you can get to a car. When I was about 8 my mum had a Morris Minor called Yummy (the number plate was YUM) and I remember the day it got taken away for scrap. I sat on my mum's lap in the kitchen and we both cried and cried! I remember my grandad saying 'for crying out loud, it's only a hunk of metal!' Anyway, chin up, as Laura says car heaven is much nicer than this.

Fuzzled - got a really funny mental image of you desperately mashing veg to a pulp!

Just off to get ready for hospital. You don't get an appointment so I have to just take the little test sheet bag thingy and go up there. Could be there for hours! Humph.

have you been spyig on me!:rotfl::rotfl: Whats worse is our kitchen worktop is too high for me to mash so I either have to wear heels or move everything to the dining table to mash properly:o:rotfl: DH says its hilarious to watch:o:)
