I thought I'd post some more whilst munching my lunch! Got to do something to stop Fuzz analyzing crisps:rolleyes: THAT IS SERIOUS BOREDOM:mad:.

iI have now just bought a book from Green Metropolis as a Christmas present for OH, so very MSE.

Started off this morning clearing out our bedroom, putting summer clothes away, sorting out my crafty bits box, digressed slightly by listing books and have now got to return to it. Energy has flagged a bit and I'd like to just crawl into bed with a book and hot waterbottle. I can't even get in bedroom, let alone bed!

Does anyone else do ripping up old clothes that are threadbare for rags? Am I the only one who does such an old fashioned thing? All my friends and neighbours come to me for rags! Perhaps their trying to tell me something!:rotfl::rotfl:
You're right RM it is serious boredom:rolleyes: isn't GreenMet fab?! I love it, although not bought any books form there coz DH doesn't read if he can help it(I have tried:rolleyes:) and I get all mine given to me or from the library:)

Rags - yup, I do that too:D I blame my mother and my memories of the rag & bone man coming up and down our street:D:D We use our rags for polishin the cars mainly, but they do come in useful for allsorts.

Where do you find to put your summer clothes away  Mine have to stay where they are all year round.

Confuzzled - Cant you just sell them on ebay?

Definitely not wasted, that crisp alone should keep me going til at least errr.....NOW!:rotfl:
could eby them but the fee's really p!ss me off, I expect they'll sell for about £100ish but ebay will take about £15 of that:eek: I've found some sites that will only(Only?! Pah!) take 10% of final selling fee and one site I've found I can't find anything about fees in the t&c's so might give them a ring tonight to doubly make sure and sell on there, they're also affiliated with Ticketmaster so should be ok shouldn't it?!?!

Havent you got a local free ads you could advertise them in? That costs nothing and is worth a try if you have plenty of time in which to sell them.

You sound like me and my OH - dont think we agree on anything :rotfl:

  • Sake!!! Hospitals suck. You get no appointment, you just have to turn up and take a number. I got there and it was literally standing room only - crazies & screaming kids all over the show. I asked the receptionist how long the wait was and she told me up to 2 hours!!! As I spent most of August in there for the allergy stuff I just couldn't face it and gave up. Will try again later in the week. Total waste of a journey!

  • Oh Rubes that sucks great big donkey c0ck!:(:(My docs is the same, we have to take that lovely bag to a drop in centre...I've found that going as early as possible helps, at least early on in the day the Mums are still trying to shut up their whining kids rather than giving in and hoping the Doc will give them some sort of anti-whining drug:rolleyes::D

You wouldn't think I wanted kids would you?!:rotfl::rotfl:
