If I was going to let anyone lezz me up it would be you, love! :D

Thanks for the good wishes. I really think this job could be ace - the wage they're offering is slightly less than I was earning before but am hoping if they offer it I can haggle. Anyway, not jumping ahead just yet, let's see whether they actually like me!
Interview is at 4.30 so will try and come on tonight and let you know the score. x

Well first sit down of the day :j Half hours peace before son arrives home and turns the place into chaos . Have had a really busy day - was away on hols last week so had a lot of catching up to do. Have made some sort of casserole in the slow cooker but no idea what to call it - tried to use up all my out of date stuff so probably all end up with food poisoning by Sunday :rotfl:

Robsmum - Not sure about being able to try and keep order lol. Am very easily led :D Was your car taken away today? Must be awful being without it

Laura & Confuzzled - We do fast food - mainly pizzas, burgers and kebabs. Nothing wildly exciting:o Website is Kurties.net if anybody wants to take a look. Laura - well done on clearing off your card :j:j I so wish I could get my cards down. Try to do 0% balance transfers on mine but usually end up paying that 3% transfer charge and it is a nightmare trying to keep track of them

Ebony - well done on your positive attitude and sending that dress back. I understand where you are coming from with the wardrobe situation!! Keep meaning to try and sort mine but always end u thinking that maybe I will wear it again!! Oh and shoes - my weakness :o

Monkey - What sort of website do you have?

Ruby - hope your hangover has passed  Really made me laugh with your baby-daddy comment - nearly splattered my laptop lol.

It's gifts and home accessories, there's a link to it in my profile if you're curious :p
much work to be done - new sig coming soon...

I made it! As PL away this week I did skive off half hour early as can't stop my nose running. Very strange it took 15 mins to walk there and its down hill and 10 to walk home (Uphill) and was raining! Really rubbing it in.

Going to have some lunch and then devise my next mini plan and brace myself for the car people coming to take my baby away

    Good luck for later Rubes!

Princess- the longer you leave it the harder it will be :o And the more you will worry about doing it. It's better you tell your mum than she find out some other way and she feels like you've been hiding it from her. If it upsets your mum to know you are meeting him you can always say that once she knows you will never discuss him again, but just that she is aware he is in your life a bit more now :o good luck hon. And with the pay rise thing.
  • Ruby - good luck for this afternoon! Hope it goes well.

Tilly - congrats to Phil for the new job :T. And how cool that the artist likes your cupcakes!

Princess - regarding work, if you feel you deserve it, I would def ask for a payrise, as long as you're polite about it the worst that can happen is they say no, so it's surely worth a try? About your mum, I agree with Laura, I think you should just tell her, just blurt it out. I know it's hard but if she feels the way she does about it, it will be a million times worse if she finds out from someone else.

Fuzz, I feel you pain on the fifa issue. BF works for a big music store, and they have this game room thing upstairs, which opened late so that they could sell the game at midnight. They also had a tournament thing through the evening. He stopped after wotk to take some pics of the event, and finally turned up at home gone 11pm. Apparently he got talked into playing a game and accidentally got to the semi final of the tournament. ACCIDENTALLY?!

Having said that though, I'm feeling rather sleepy today after staying up really really late last night, it seems I have developed an addiciton to a game on the wii called Magnetis or something, bit similar to tetris. I was just trying to get a really good score cos it annoys BF if he can't beat me at something :o, Whoops.

Just had a yummy MSE lunch: Homemade pea and ham soup and warm homemade roll, both out of freezer. Now I am all warm and fed feel a bit more human!:j

Princess: Just get it over and tell your mum. Then it's done and a worry less.

Swinstie: Get hold of a steam cleaner. The only succesful way I know of to get milk out of car seat!
