Just a quick onefor you's?
While filling out some paper work my partner had shown me her agreement which i found strange?
The original document which she had signed was forwarded out to her in the post, this document is not countersigned by the bank and also has no dates filled in.
does this seem right?
Thanks.

Wonder if the Information commissioners office (ICO) will check this out for you, call them here when you can in the week to check on this.

There is a date box which i am assumin Sharon(Partner) should have dated as she signed? We have just ran through a response to the letter thay have sent back to her and i was asking about her consultation with the bank.
She tells me that paper work was all laid out on the desk with some X'smarked for her to sign, she was then given away a copy of the payment schedule and T's and C's with her, 5 days later her signed agreement p.arrives through the door.
This is the actual agreement that she had signed and not a copy.
Just found it strange.

Wullie
Your very welcome.:A;) Good luck.
Just explain the best you can about the agreement and with it not being countersigned.
If you have a scanner, there may actually be a way you will be able to email them a copy by via attachment in order for them to check this out.
They may supply you with a contact email of whom to email it to.;)
Fingers crossed.

hi there
thought i would just add my story about the Clydesdale Bank. Im my opinion they are one of the worst banks, they have caused me endless amounts of stress but a few years back I successfully claimed £3k+ in bank charges, so they do realise they are in wrong eventually!! :j
Anyway, Im in the process of claiming PPI and CC charges. I have constantly been lied to, phone cut off, fobbing off letters etc etc - i went to the FOS back in August and they have referred my claim/complaint back to the bank for them to sort out. I got a phonecall yesterday from customer engagement stating that they will have an answer for me in 5 working days and that is the timescale Im giving them, not one more minute over that!!
I had the usual letters stating that they wouldnt be repaying etc etc, but Im hoping now that since its been to the FOS that I will get a positive result.
Fingers crossed!!

thanks Di, I am well thankyou, u?
All the claims Ive made for numerous banks are with the FOS and its frustrating because its taking sooooo long to hear back from them with them being so busy, but hoping Clydesdale bank will give me the thumbs up sooner rather than later.0 -

I'm fine thank you hun.:A
Yes I have a few with the FOS as well, I chased one of them up yesterday and was told she would be in touch soon, sometimes its not soon enough for us though is it hun?
Would have been ideal for xmas for us all.
Well I'm keeping everything crossed that you will hear very soon with a good outcome.:beer:XXXThe one and only "Dizzy Di"0
