Can I have some as well please :D

HTGDF - you have done brilliantly and I only hope I can match how well you've done! Keep the faith, we'll get there!

Taxi - I did sleep really well last night, I was exhausted when I went to bed last night and still tired this morning, but going to try and catch up on sleep again tonight. Can have an extra hour in bed tomorrow. :j I understand why babies are so grumpy when they don't get proper sleep now

My big thing at work has finally come to an end so I am under a lot less pressure. Also don't feel too pressured with the money today for some reason - bizarre!

Good news is I have been refunded about £180 on my car insurance when the greedy !!!!!!s originally only refunded me £90, still means that they have taken about £85 for 1 month but that includes £40 cancellation fee. May just be grateful for what I've got back. Only one more battle with BUPA and nearly there.

Have only spent £1.65 today on drinks and biscuits while I was out of the office so very pleased :j:j Hopefully spend nothing tomorrow, although I am considering entering a race which will cost £4 but no petrol costs so may do that.

We've also planned to go camping at the end of the month as we think OH's bonus will have been paid and have found a cheapish campsite, have all the equipment and will be as self sufficient and economical as possible. Certainly a change in thought to last year in which I was still indulging in foreign holidays and villas etc

Good news on the insurance! And even better news that you are back in the positive zone. You certainly will get there and you can take us all on holiday to a nice villa when you do :rotfl:

Hi everyone, I have done some card juggling today. OH was offered 0% until november but when he phoned they asked if he would like 6.9% for the life time of the balance. So he bit their hand off down to the ankle. This now means that this card can be one of the last we pay off on the snowball. Although the total balance has now gone up due to the 2.5% transfer fee, but hopefully the difference will come down almost as fast as it went up.
    Total debt Feb 2012 = £54354.11 😳

    Hi IMD(and everyone else)....
You sound much more positive and camping sounds good. They say a change is as good as a rest.
Good news that you got the insurance back and good luck with BUPA.
    Have a good day x

ROOMONTHEEND..those LOB cards are pretty good aren't they?...I have 2 myself and it takes the pressure off looking for 0% deals.

Hi IMD - sorry you had a troll attack but it happens sadly. Good you have some money back from the insurance.... you could always threaten them with the financial ombudsman - I did that recently and got all but £20 back

SH - I may just do that. They haven't had the decency to write to tell me that they've refunded part of the money, just done it so I may ring them up tomorrow.

Had a minor disaster this morning - expecting some money to go in from paypal but it didn't and I was 2p over my overdraft, knowing A&L I know that they will charge me £25 for a mere 2p but I may try and write to them and see what they say. Nothing to lose I guess?

Went out and did the race tonight, was pretty tough but ended up enjoying it. I love the camaraderie of cheering everyone at the end and chatting away - is good :)
