    Hi,

But it doesn't ask for an Nth bill - it asks for the bill from the Nth month, so whenever you get a phone in January the bill from July (no matter whether it's the 5th, 6th or 7th bill) is the correct one?

I looked through some of your previous posts and came across this one from a previous thread.

    Hi,

Like I said, I don't know the connection date (it could be that the phone was delivered Monday 2nd Feb which makes the connection date 30th January) but I've contacted the poster directly.

    Thanks for your help

Thanks for the input - care to tell me when the phone was connected, or what the order number is?

    You patronisingly thank me.

Then just "biblically" answer my question by way of another question.

What sort of customer service is this? And how does it differ from what we have experienced with all other cpw on line companies?

Quentin, I'm not going to bother responding to your unfounded and inflammatory accusations and interference further - I suggest you consider what the word "precisely" means, and let me deal with the customer when they respond to me with an order number or some other way for me to investigate this case.

Customer Service is not a spectator sport or a free-for-all; let me help the OP?

You ask for our thoughts, get them then post this!

I believe I already stated several time that my discussions with yourself and MJ are obviously fruitless and therefore over. I am happy to engage in constructive discussion but not to be on the receiving end of your invective.

If you wish to accuse me of lying and then assume you know every last detail of the OP's case when obviously this isn't true that's fair enough, but don't expect me to entertain further conversation.

    Hi;

"(the date displayed on your invoice)"

In this case that would be January 30th, making the 6th month July.

If you wish to accuse me of lying.........

Where have I wrongly accused you of "lying"?

At least have the decency to answer that?

I apologise, you're right - you accused me of calling the customer a liar (much worse, if anything).

    Sorry for the confusion,

This is the post you are taking exception to:

I can't say, bindiboo hasn't stated precisely what their connection date is

You seem to be suggesting this is a lie:

My hubby took out a new contract with mobiles.co.uk in Feb 09, (connection month)

    Why?

But apart from wrongly accusing me of calling you a liar, you make no attempt to say why you don't accept what has been publicly posted!
