I've just reported it to watchdog anyway.

I'm the same as other people, if they'ed just said that a mistake had been made, I wouldn't be bothered about it.

I was looking forward to that as well.

This morning received an email from Smiths to say my order has been reinstated ::)

Trading standards left a vm for me at work and I will report back what they have to say.

phew.. that was close you almost didnt get a cheap DVD , I am so glad there are people out there looking out for my consumer rights and making sure the big bad co's do the right thing, I really can sleep easy tonight!

Since they cancelled my order, Ive not had any replies from the several emails I sent 'em :-[
What email contact address are you lot using?
