a little update on the old boy...
he is now refusing to eat any of his special diet food and i have given in and am feeding him cooked chicken.
saw vets last friday and got more of his medication. he doesn't seem to be getting any better but he seems happy at the moment. asked the vet if she wanted to see him again and she said that she is feeling depressed about him not getting better and really there is not a lot she can do now. she did say that she would like me to give her a call and update her.
he is old and frail (and the litter tray stinks the house out) but he spent an hour sitting on the draining board and playing with the dripping tap the other day
so after using up all the insurance (and lots of savings) we are just making sure that he is as happy as possible for the time being.
very sad and even the receptionists and nurses came out the back and had a cuddle with him. at least i am sure that i gave him the very best chance
cant quite believe that he has survived this longit's nice to be important but more important to be nice!! :kisses3:0
