Council Pay Freeze

            Make up your mind.
One moment you berate public sector workers for being lazy etc.
Next you accuse them of being obtuse when they say they work hard.
I think you have a bit of a problem understanding other people.
 Not confused about anything.
Not accusing anyone of anything, simply pointing out that what he does is what he is paid for and is not really to be applauded, nor does it deserve a Blue Peter badge.0

I have news for you; that's what you are paid to do!
 i never said i wasnt?
i work hard and get paid, like millions of others workers in the uk. Or is it because of where i work for the im not allowed mention this?
so if i worked in a factory and was a good hard worker it would be acceptable to say this?0

The difference is that we're not paying for him to sit around doing sod all."The problem with socialism is that you eventually run out of other people's money"0

            Council pay freezes are correct.
Millions unemployed and even more have pay freezes in the private sector.
I think you are also forgetting the FREE pension you will be getting if you stay there.
No-one seems to take this into account though do they?
IT IS NOT FREE. Paid for by 6-7.5% contributions taken out salary for a pension that can be reduced by simply making up a silly excuse (happened a couple of years ago). Averages at 4K, no-one looks forward to living in poverty.0
