NIM and I fancy trying to encorporate how we met into our big day - how geeky is it to have table names called after places in the game where we met?!
Not geeky at all, I think that would be seriously sweet!
I've just manage 1 DooYoo review, and want to do another one in the afternoon but I have a feeling work will be manic like it was yesterday so I might not get the chance. Only managed 50p on STP the other day too  But I did get £2 on surveys, so that isn't too shabby.
ETA: Just Checked my CC balance and it's down to £144.55 *yay*0 -
NIM does surveys on his lunch, I do Dooyoo, thats the deal. Although surveys never ever seem to pay out!
And you're such a sweetie Cinny, you must have rated about 10 of my reviews last night!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

It's a bit geeky lol but I also think it's really sweet! Would you have to explain to everyone what it means so they're not confused? I definitely think it's a nice idea to include how you met somehow - cuz it's a really cute story!
Congrats Tete on becoming godmother!
Me and the OH went to see a preview of Couple's Retreat last night and I really enjoyed it. I had to go on a field trip to Weston Super Mare yesterday and someone took a group photo of us and I look like a fat blob and I hate it.
Uni is taking over a little bit and I'm so tired that we're ending up eating too much takeaway again. OH says he will cook once a week, but he doesn't know how to put the oven on so it will be even more effort trying to show him some basic cooking skills first. But I appreciate him offering! I'm just a bit fed up at the mo!
Need to do something with casserole steak tonight - any ideas? But not casserole - OH doesn't like stew/casserole/gravy...:rolleyes:Total Debt (Dec 2015) £11,500 : Currently £7,675Lose 21lb : 0/21

Good morning all!
Hope everyone is well. We are in the throes of packing at the moment but are nearly there!
In debt news - I am just under 15k now so very proud of myself! Hoping to get under 14, maybe 13k when OH gets paid and other bits and pieces of money from selling stuff comes through. Finally feels like we are making headway!Total (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947

That sounds quite sweet Dinah, but like Zig said you might need to explain it.
We have just had good news that we all have between christmas and new year off as paid holiday. I had already booked it off so now get to take some more time off before instead woo.0 -

Sounds like my OH! Couldn't you cook it with a chopped up onion, tin of chopped toms ect and serve with veggies? My mum makes something along those lines and it's lovely! And you're such a sweetie Cinny, you must have rated about 10 of my reviews last night!
It's no problem! Good job I like reading reviews reallyAs for Surveys, unless it's for Pinecone you need to put a lot of work in for the payout so it does take ages. I just keep on mentally picture a mound of vouchers, it helps!
CMD - Well done on getting under 15k! :T Fingers crossed for getting under 14k like you said!0 -
Wow thats great CMD! Really making huge leaps forward with it.
Casserole steak, maybe a tagine? Tin of tomatoes, chop up the steak, some onion, garlic, bit of mixed spice or cinnamon with some thyme or something for flavour, some chopped up dried apricots or raisins or chopped peppers, throw it in a casserole dish and cook for about an hour or two, doesn't really matter, just throw in a bit of water if it gets too dry or a splodge of white wine or cider at the start to make a richer sauce. Bit of a storecupbaord whatever you happen to have in the house recipe there!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

I used to make this dish and it was yummy. Need to make it again actually
I got 2 steaks (sealed first) and poured 1/2 to a 1 pint of bisto gravy over them. Then I chopped up onions, mushrooms and carrots and put them in the mix and put them in a baking tray in the oven. Think I left them in for 45 mins, although you could check them after 30 mins. It was yummy with potatoesTotal (Aug 19):€58,567 Now:€26,947
