Lol or you will now be tense absolutely all the time wendz!!!
Finally got an email back from the venue, mostly good answers. I think the tone is a little short, but will send it over to NIM see what he thinks. On the plus side with their answers to the questions we could get all the venue and food for about £5.5k, which is a grand less than we thought, and I think its worth that.
Apparently a bloke upstairs at work got married there a few months ago so I'm going to go find him tomorrow and ask how he found dealing with them.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

Serious calorie counting there Dinah!! Good luck with talking to that guy at work about the venue. Was that your dream venue place?
ROTE - £103?! Eek! Was that all in fees? Have a nice weekend in Manchester too
Came online to do some STP reviews, but I got completely side tracked by YouTube. I'm useless. Will click it off and review until 9:30ish!0 -
Yep this is our favourite place. Well, its NIMs, I'm still between two places, but he is sold on this one.Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008

5.5k doesn't sound too much either, if it's your (or NIMs!) favourite place!
Just watching 'Don't Tell the Bride' on BBC3. My god, the guy has picked a horrible venue (budget pub/hotel on a seriously busy road) and seems to spend most of the time drinking and playing darts half nekkid.. Poor Woman!0 -

I have just been watching that, funny how the bride always loves whatever they get but in that situation you just have to go with it!0

I've seen some of the earlier episodes where the bride throws a serious wobbly, entailing having to meet up in the period before the wedding, or they have point blank refused to wear the dress or get in the car if its not right! NIM is scarily keen on applying to that show, but I'd hate a big camera crew there on my wedding day, it should be private.
Going to be good today and try and do all 6 Dooyoos. NIM and I fancy trying to encorporate how we met into our big day - how geeky is it to have table names called after places in the game where we met?!Debt January 1st 2018 £96,999.81Met NIM 23/06/2008
