Glad you had a fun time at the party. The venue looks really nice, glad you managed to find something, it will make all the difference having the good customer service.

    Feel better soon!

Have a week off work booked anyway to view venues. But we are thinking of cancelling the rest of them, using the week to catch up on NIMs uni work, my sewing mood board and source book thingy, and our huge long to do list.

We wouldn't really scrimp on anything, it would just take us longer to buy the house! Aye we went with the 3rd so no one had gone off to uni, and its before most of the kids go back to school, although some go back on the Wednesday which is a real pain.

Ooh how exciting - and it's less than a year away!!! Must feel very real now!

Hope you feel better soon - if you're definitely going with this one it's a good idea to cancel the other appointments.

I forgot about the damn mood board!!!

That's so exciting that you've found a venue! It looks lovely :) Sorry to hear you were poorly at your party - what a shame.

ooh ok so you thought of everything before me lol sorry!
Thats cool about the house, just have to focus on the challenges and stuff, I got a bit gooey this weekend and broody for a house and a family!! its so bad! I really want to just skip to the future so me and the boy can be together and none of the uni stuff and hard work getting first jobs and struggling for money is there but i know that cant happen though.
we went to his cousins babys 4th birthday party though - so cute!! and also saw his other cousins 1 year old and 17month old girls and he is so so good with them! just got to get through things like uni and all that first though!

should probably get off stp as i have just lost my third star and i dont know why :( I am getting 5p per track still though now and im up to £1.37 allready though lol

There is no deadline on the mood board, but since we're starting the item in two or three weeks I figure better sooner than later. Last night NIM and I sorted out loads of clothes, some to go in the attic until next summer, some to car boot or charity, and some were too far gone to reuse, so we cut all these up and made me lots of scraps for my scrap bag!

My diet should be on track for this week, didn't eat a thing at the party, today I've only had a chicken and rocket pannini and 2 mini-milks, oh and a hot chocolate. But still, not exactly loads of food!

NIM is going to tell his mum about the venue, from somewhere he has the idea she might help a bit, which would be awesome if she would.

Talk about gooey and broody, NIM was given one of my friends babies to hold after church on Sunday as we were on tea/coffee and she needed her hands free. He had him for an hour or so and my insides turned to mush. For anyone on facebook will be posting up the photo, and the ones of the party later on. Will try to put a link on here although don't know if you can see them if not friends if that makes sense.

Aww looking forward to seeing the photos! I always turn to mush when i see OH with his younger cousins. The youngest one is just about to turn two, and she absolutly dotes on him. Shes always following him around calling his name wanting to play. Hes so good with kids just makes me know he would be a really good dad!

So we're provisionally booked for Friday the 3rd September 2010. Big stuff!

So is that it all settled now? Must feel pretty amazing having it booked, and that place is amazing!

Wow, well done on getting a venue booked. Will look at the photos in a while. The 3rd of Sept 2010 is when a good friend of mine is getting married in Italy!
