If they seem long enough for my amazonian legs

Gosh, it's alright for some isn't it?

    :D

Sounds like a good plan to me though! But then I like any plan that equals a very pretty dress.

I'm completely stuffed, my brother bought me a turkey salad sandwich for dinner, it was so big I couldn't fit it in my mouth at all :o I think there was a whole turkey in there, and about 2 bags of prepacked salad.

OK well the POA is, brave the rain and pop into town after work to see if they miraculously have my size now (thus avoiding the P&P charge), and if not, to double check the length as I seem to think it's quite short. If they seem long enough for my amazonian legs then I'll order online and put the £2s in the bank to cover it :o

Don't forget the 8% cash back on quidco!

I know Poolie thanks, I'd rather get it in store though if I can as the P&P equals more than the cashback.

Really though girls I think it was quite a short dress as in, may not even cover my bum!

Ooh Cinny, how festive and turkey's good for you isn't it? I've had pasta with quorn mince, it was lovely and loads tastier than the quinoa and couscous I've been having the last few months but I feel sooo bloated now!

Quorn mince is yummy! The Turkey sandwich was lovely, just way too much of it though! But I ate it all, I know I'm on a Dinahs challenge but my hips are sticking out and I've lost my doughyness :( I need plumping up!

The nice thing with that dress though is that it could double up as a tunic if it's too short, with skinnies and a blazer, would look great with flats like that!

Makes it about 10x more worth while, feels like you spend way less time trying to get more stars. Hoping to get on it a bit more tonight, and do a bit tomorrow morning before work.

See Tete, you really need a pretty new top so you can show off how you're back in your old skinnys!

I resent paying for trousers and having to lop about 4 inches off the bottom before I can wear them :(

Me too :( I'd love longer legs! And heels are too painful to wear all the time.

I was gonna suggest that too. It's a really nice dress!

My sister has a college trip to New York in March, for £450, but she asked me today if I'd go with her instead, cuz she doesn't get on with the people in her class very much. Apparantly she's seen flights for £350. I'd love to go to New York but I'm torn between wanting to save my money!

ETA: CMD that flat sounds great!

I've just remember that my Dad has pencilled us in for next Christmas, to go and stay in his mate's house in France so we can go skiing. So that's more money! I think NYC is gonna have to be a no...

Zig was it you that booked up for Bruges a couple of weeks ago too? Argh, holidays are so brill and yet so expensive! Bruges is still in the back of my mind and I've got the money put aside, must make a concerted effort to pop to travel agent's on Saturday!

Yep I booked up to go to Bruges! I think CMD did too. I wanna start counting down but I think it's still a bit too soon! I have started thinking what I'm gonna wear though. I wanted to go for the sophisticated look (smart boots, coat, leather gloves etc!), but I reckon it's gonna end up being trainers, massive coat, big woolly hat...

Btw Quidco do cashback on the Eurostar, it's not much but worth doing if you're booking it online anyway!

I'm meant to be making a shepherd's pie tonight and I really cannot be bothered.
