Has anyone on here ever been asked to put something on Buy it Now? Someone's asked about a jacket which has about 12 watchers, I don't know if it's worth saying 'OK, £20 it's yours' to this person?

I just tell people that it's a bidding auction and I have to let it run it's course. Then wish them luck if they bid on it. Not too sure how you pull listings tbh!

CMD - That place sounds lovely, I'll keep my fingers crossed for you!!

Thanks Cinny, I'll just do that, I was struggling with how to word it! I don't think it's fair on people to just pull a listing.

At least you know someone is seriously interested in it! Hopefully you'll get a little bidding war near the end.

Just had another £25 payment clear on the CC :T Looks like I've actually made some progress with it now! Figure I can pay it off in 7ish weeks, so way beating my Christmas target.

  • Oh no! I've just been innocently surfing various clothes websites looking for inspiration for my mood board (honest!!) and have seen that this cat dress has gone in the sale - I was looking at it a couple of weeks ago and almost bought it at full price only they didn't have my size!! I have enough in £2 coins....

Ohh I do like the look of that dress Tete..shouldn't be tempting you haha. Ihave put myself on a mini clothes buying ban for the month as am probably getting some money/vouchers for my birthday in 3 weeks and so can get some stuff with that.
  • OK well the POA is, brave the rain and pop into town after work to see if they miraculously have my size now (thus avoiding the P&P charge), and if not, to double check the length as I seem to think it's quite short. If they seem long enough for my amazonian legs then I'll order online and put the £2s in the bank to cover it :o

I love that dress! Let us know how you got in with your 'amazonian legs' - lucky you! I resent paying for trousers and having to lop about 4 inches off the bottom before I can wear them :(
