You are right tho, they do have side effects and it's best to ask about all the options available. Personally I would rather take the tablets and have a reasonable life and even some happy feelings (wow!) than not take them and go back to what I was like, but that's just my choice. Counselling or CBT are good options.

I have just read this post and your one from yesterday. I am very sorry for what you are going through. I think you probably need the hugs that you are giving out. I hope you find a way to get the insensitive people on the other end of the phone to help you.
I will be thinking of you, take all the hugs from me that you need for yourself xxxMFW 2025 No. 7 £1130/£1200

have you looked into getting some help at all?rosepink1984 wrote: »Reduced libido is a symptom of depression really, I didn't think it was because of the AD's. i was offered counselling last time, but didnt feel comfortable with the whole idea, and reading the depression support thread on here, people have said some counsellors are just no help really, but I will see what he says:A:heartpulsOnce a Flylady, always a Flylady:heartpuls0 -
:jThursday Things ~ Barfroom, loo and study! - DID IT YESTERDAY
Am soooo chuffed with myself - did the barfroom yesterday, loo gets done every day and I don't have a study!!!!!
Kids have been decluttered to bed, so its off to sort out the kitchen as best I can before I go to bed. Gott completely move loads of stuff away from the sink area so that the joiners can get in about to take my shelf down and put up my 2 new cupboards!!! I don't think I'll know myself with 2 more cupboards!!! All I have is 3 at the minute (blooming council!) - one for pans, that has tins in it, one under the sink with all my cleaning stuff, and another small one that has more food in it. Going to use the 2 new cupboards for my tins and stuff so that I can use the pan cupboard for pans and then hopefully I can use the shelving unit that we had to buy for other stuff!! Going to try and use it for my baking things.
I need to move my microwave as well but need to move the BM too so loads to do!!! My kitchen is that small that all my plates and cups have to be kept in the living room in a unit. Compared to what we had when DH was in the army, this place is miniscule but its our home and hopefully by christmas this place will look like a home!!!
Hopefully I'll feel better in the morning. Right now my sinus feels like its on fire, the killer is the headache!!! Feels like a migraine but then thats how it affects me. You'd think after so many years I'd be used to it, but it knocks me down every time!!!
Right I have to crack on as I promised myself I would be in bed before 10 tonight as I need to get some sleep!!!!
Hugs to all who need it (((((HUGS)))) and lots of love to all xxx
